- 14 turn out pastures both group and individual pastures, several with run-in sheds
- 21 10’x12′ Matted Stalls in Main Barn with fly spray system. 3 10'x10'
- Indoor and Outdoor Riding Rings with sand footing
- 2 Heated Tack Rooms, one with heated viewing area to indoor ring
- Heated wash stall with hot and cold faucets
- Barn manager’s house is attached to the barn for 24 hour security. Assistant manager lives 100' from barn
